By adopting my themes, you agree that the theme will be used exclusively for your forum. The theme itself, the stylesheet and the graphics, cannot be altered in any way without permission from the artist. Please keep in mind that my graphics and forum designs are copyrighted, meaning that they are on loan to you while they decorate your forum. By adopting my themes, you agree not to give the stylesheet codes or graphics away to someone else, or use them as a basis for your own design. You may not use my styleshet as a template to make your own theme. There are templates for that purpose available on Delphi's official DelphiPlus Styles Center Forum. I will even help you there!

By adopting my themes, you agree that any theme you adopt will be used in your forum for a minimum of three months. There is no restriction on how long you can keep the theme in use, but it must be worn for at least 3 months. The exception to this rule is Holiday themes. You may swtich to a holiday theme in your 3 month minimum period, provided that you return to the my theme immediately after wearing a holiday theme.

By adopting my themes, you agree that your forum meets my minimum requirement for adoption. I reserve the right to not adopt a design to private forums. I also only adopt to active forums - not test forums, nor forums less than two months old. I may make an exception for a newer forum with a lot of activity.
